Santa Claus Experience (£9.95 per Child)
Make some magical Christmas memories with a special visit to Santa’s Grotto at Belgica.
Step inside our festive Grotto, where little ones can meet Santa, have a chat and enjoy a little Christmas magic. Each child will receive a small gift from Santa, and we can also take a complimentary digital photograph for you to treasure, which will be emailed to you after your visit. You’re very welcome to take your own photographs too!
Each visit lasts up to approximately 15 minutes, giving children plenty of time to enjoy their special moment with Santa.
Saturday 12th December — 11:30am to 2:00pm
Sunday 13th December — 11:30am to 3:00pm
Saturday 19th December — 11:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday 20th December — 11:30am to 3:00pm
Booking Your Visit
Simply choose Santa’s Grotto from the booking options above, then select your preferred date and available time. Online bookings are paid securely through PayPal. Alternatively, you can book with us in person at our Christmas Shop.
On the day of your visit, make your way to our Christmas Grotto in the Accessories Hall, next to Café Belgica. Please bring your booking confirmation with you, either on your phone or printed.
We recommend arriving around 5 minutes before your booked time so you’re ready when Santa is waiting!
Up to two adults can accompany children into the Grotto, subject to available space.
Children must remain under adult supervision throughout their visit.
Every child will receive a small Christmas gift from Santa as part of their experience. We can also take a complimentary digital photograph and email it to you, or you’re welcome to capture your own special photographs during the visit.
If we ever need to cancel or change a Grotto session due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time. If a suitable alternative isn’t available, we’ll arrange a refund. Please make sure you provide your best contact telephone number when booking.
