Delivery

Here at Belgica Furniture we aim to provide a first class delivery service to all of our customers. We understand how important it is that your delivery arrives in good time and pristine condition. For our local deliveries we use our own highly skilled delivery team and for those customers who are just that little further away we use reliable delivery companies who provide an excellent service. Unfortunately to maintain this level of service we currently only deliver to UK mainland at the moment, however we can deliver to any UK mainland shipping port at the standard delivery cost.

Please Note:
We always aim at the point of sale to give you the most accurate information available for your products purchased and our aftersales team will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays when information arrives that effects your order.

 

Premium ‘White Glove’ Delivery Service
We provide a full special white glove delivery service when delivering your furniture, which means a skilled delivery team will deliver your furniture, unpack and take away all wrapping. They will assemble all furniture pieces that require to be built up (including flat pack) and also place your furniture in its desired location. You will also be asked to sign your delivery document to ensure are completely satisfied with your furniture.

Please note, the team cannot fix any furniture to walls (such as wall mounted cabinets) or carry out any tasks outside of delivering and assembling your furniture. They also cannot remove & dispose of old furniture.

Delivery Charges
Furniture UK Mainland Area 1: (Central Scotland): £65
Furniture UK Mainland Area 2: (Rest of the UK and North of Scotland): £95
London Congestion Charge Areas: £160
Collection from Belgica Warehouse (Grangemouth Road, Boness EH51 0PU): Free

*When collecting from the warehouse please bring a copy of your order. Collection means that your goods will be in their original packaging and will not be assembled.

Wardrobes:
These require more time to deliver and assemble therefore the charges are as follows per wardrobe:
Furniture UK Mainland Area 1 (Central Scotland): £95
Currently we do not offer Wardrobes to other areas.

When will I get my furniture?
On each product page you will see an estimated delivery time, this is the time your furniture takes to arrive from our suppliers to the Belgica warehouse. Once we have received your furniture, a member of our logistics team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. If your furniture is being delivered by an external carrier we will provide all relevant details to the company and they will contact you direct to arrange a suitable delivery time. We estimate delivery to be within 2 weeks once the furniture has arrived in our warehouse but in busier times this can be longer.

 

What if my furniture arrives and it is too big?
It is the customers responsibility to check all sizes of furniture and provide relevant delivery information at the time of ordering. You must ensure your new furniture is able to fit through doors or any other obstacles that may be of issue when your order is being delivered. Belgica Furniture will not accept any responsibility for windows or doors being removed from a customer’s home. Should you find yourself in any of the above situations where there is no suitable access to deliver your furniture, there may be further charges incurred if the delivery drivers have to take the furniture away or reschedule for another delivery date.

What if my furniture arrives and it is damaged?
