How soon will my furniture be delivered?
A: On most products we would allow up to a 12 week lead-time for delivery. However, as a select number of products are held in stock we would endeavour stock products to be delivered within 21 days. Delivery will be arranged within our normal delivery areas on designated days. Requests for specially timed deliveries may be possible, but may be subject to an extra charge. When your order is available, you will be contacted by a member of our web team to arrange delivery. For our local deliveries we use our own highly skilled delivery team and for those customers who are just that little further away we use reliable delivery companies who provide an excellent service. These companies will contact you direct to arrange delivery once they have your goods. All deliveries during August and December may be subject to an approximate 2-3 week delay to allow for manufacturer’s holiday shutdowns.

Which areas / countries do you deliver to?
A: Unfortunately to maintain our level of service we currently only deliver to UK mainland at the moment, however we can deliver to any UK mainland shipping port at the standard delivery cost.

What happens if I collect from store?
A: When placing your order you can select ‘collect from store’, if your product is in stock your order will be available to collect from next day.
If your product is being ordered for you our web team will keep you up to date and will contact you when your order is ready for collection.


What happens if I order multiple pieces of furniture with different lead times?
A: Generally we would delivery all goods at the same time which means if some products were in stock they would be reserved for you.
However if you required a product urgently, depending on your circumstance it may be possible to offer a split delivery (this may incur an additional delivery cost).


Do you build up furniture that requires assembly?
A: At Belgica Furniture, we provide a full white glove delivery service when delivering your furniture. White glove delivery means a skilled two man delivery team will;

- Deliver your furniture.
- Unpack and take away all wrapping.
- Assemble any furniture pieces that require to be built up ( including flat pack).
- Place your furniture in its desired location.

You will also be asked to sign your delivery document to ensure are completely satisfied with your furniture.

 

How secure is ordering with Belgica Furniture?
A: Belgica Furniture operates a secure sage pay facility when ordering from our online store. Sage Pay are one of the largest secure service payment providers in the country. You can be assured all your personal details are 100% secure and in no way they can be intercepted by any third party. No personal details will be held on Belgica Furniture's website.

What if I wish to change my order?
A: If you wish to change any orders this must be done within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Should you wish to cancel or change out with the 48 hours this would be at the discretion of Belgica Furniture and you may incur charges.


Are all products available to view in store?
A: Belgica Furniture store is home to a massive range of furniture and accessories that change frequently to keep our showroom fresh and exciting.
However as our product range is so vast not everything is on the showroom floor to view. For any product enquiries, please call us on 01506 829447.

Look out for special “Available to view in store” icons on product images. If the product you are looking at has this icon, we have it in our Bo’ness showroom.


The material colour / style I like is not available on your website?
A: We try our best to give you most available styles, fabric options etc online at Belgica Furniture, although some companies have such an extensive range it is not possible to display every option.

Can I track my order?
A: Unfortunately at this moment you cannot track your order, however our web team will keep you up to date with any progress with your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept most major credit cards however we do not accept American Express. All prices shown at the current U.K rate of 20% VAT and are shown in GBP.

I have entered my payment details but it keeps declining my card?

What term do you offer for interest free credit?
A: Belgica Furniture are pleased to offer 9 months interest free credit on any orders totalling over £1500, this service is provided by Hitachi Capital PLC. This means after the 20% deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be debited monthly through 9 equal payments with no added interest.

How do I apply for the interest free credit option?
A: The option for interest free is available by contacting Belgica Furniture on 01506 829447.
Any credit order always requires a 20% deposit and the remainder of the balance can be paid using credit. We offer 9 months, meaning the balance is divided into 9 monthly payments interest free.

What if my credit application is referred or declined?
A: If you have submitted a credit application and it is been referred a member of our web team will contact you and advise when there is a decision made on your application. In the unfortunate situation where your application has been declined you may contact Hitachi for an explanation (please see terms and conditions for full address details).
Please note no information is disclosed from the creditor to Belgica Furniture.

 

Do you offer additional protection for furniture?
A: Belgica Furniture offers extended care through Staingard, please see www.staingard.co.uk for full details. If you wish to purchase addition piece of mind for your furniture, you can do this at the time of ordering. If you have already ordered your furniture, please contact us to arrange this:enquiriesonline@belgicafurniture.com

Please note if you wish to have this cover this can only be added before you receive delivery of your products.

Staingard service is not only for accidental spills, rips and scratches but also covers all structural damage, mechanical and electrical.
This service activates upon delivery of your sofa and continues for a period of 5 years with the exception of structural damage which will commence 12 months after your furniture is delivered, or once the manufacturer’s warranty expiries if this is longer than 12 months.


I see you offer an Interior Design service, how do I book an appointment?
A: Our experienced and friendly Belgica interior designers have access to absolutely everything you need to create a beautiful room or an entire renovation, from fabrics and furniture right through to skilled tradesmen to put it all in place.

There is a fee of £100 per room for a design consultation. This will be deducted from your final balance (orders over £1500) if you decide to proceed with the design package. See our interior design section for full details.

What if my product is damaged?
A: We apologise if you have received faulty / damaged furniture. At the time of delivery you will sign paperwork to state you are satisfied with your furniture. If there are damages they have to be noted at the time of delivery. Please contact us to report any damages: info@belgicafurniture.com

What if I am not completely satisfied with my product and wish to return it?
A: You can return stock only products (not made to order / customised) within 7 days of delivery date.
We will provide a full refund for the goods once we have received them and they have been checked by our returns department.
We will also refund any delivery charges. If you require Belgica Furniture to collect the goods you will be charged the cost to do so.
All products must be returned in original packaging.
If products returned to Belgica Furniture are damaged we will not be held responsible.
For products that have been made to measure or custom made these are only returnable if damaged, faulty or different from what you originally ordered.
