You can return stock only products (not customised, specially ordered or made to order products) within 7 days of delivery date. We will provide a full refund for the goods once we have received them and they have been checked by our returns department, we will also refund any delivery charges. If you require Belgica Furniture to collect the goods you will be charged the cost to do so.

All products must not be used, be well looked after and returned in the original packaging.

If products returned to Belgica Furniture are damaged we will not be held responsible. For products that have been made to measure or custom made these are only returnable if damaged, faulty or different from what you originally ordered. Replacement products will be redelivered free of charge.

Please Note: Wallpaper is non-returnable. However there is an option to reserve extra rolls from the same batch up to 10 days with the manufacturer to accommodate circumstances where extra rolls may be required. Please call us on 01506 829447 to discuss this option.

Returns Procedure
Please notify us if you wish to return any products within 7 days from receiving delivery by emailing us at: and include the following details:

  • Your name, address and order number
  • A brief description for your reason for return
  • Preferred contact details

Please do not send any returns back to us without contacting us first, this would result in a delay with your return.

What if I wish to make any changes or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel any orders with customisable and made to measure products this must be done within 48 hours of your order being placed. Should you wish to cancel out with the 48 hours this would be at the discretion of Belgica Furniture and may incur any reasonable costs. Please contact us:
