Here at Belgica Furniture we aim to provide a first class delivery service to all of our customers. We understand how important it is that your delivery arrives in good time and pristine condition. For our local deliveries we use our own highly skilled delivery team and for those customers who are just that little further away we use reliable delivery companies who provide an excellent service. Unfortunately to maintain this level of service we currently only deliver to UK mainland at the moment, however we can deliver to any UK mainland shipping port at the standard delivery cost.

Premium ‘White Glove’ Delivery Service
We provide a full service when delivering your furniture that means a two man delivery team will deliver your furniture, unpack and take away all wrapping, assemble any furniture pieces that require to be built up (including flat pack) and also place your furniture in its desired location. You will also be asked to sign your delivery document to ensure are completely satisfied with your furniture.

FREE Delivery for orders over £1500 (Online orders only, not available in-store. Excludes wardrobes).

Furniture UK Mainland Area 1: (Central Scotland): £45
Furniture UK Mainland Area 2: (Rest of the UK and North of Scotland): £75
Collection from Belgica Warehouse (Grangemouth Road, Boness EH51 0PU): Free
*When collecting from the warehouse please bring a copy of your order.

Direct from the Factory Option
Select Products Only - Goods are delivered direct from factory to your home but any unpacking, assembly and recycling is carried out by you, the customer: £35

Wardrobes:
These require more time to deliver and assemble therefore the charges are as follows:
Furniture UK Mainland Area 1 (Central Scotland): £75
Furniture UK Mainland Area 2:(Rest of the UK and North of Scotland): £150

Rugs UK Mainland: £25

Accessories, Wallpaper & Fabric UK Mainland: £15 Standard Parcel / £25 Large Parcel

When will I get my furniture?
On each product page you will see an estimated delivery time, this is the time your furniture takes to arrive at our Belgica warehouse. Once we have received your furniture, a member of our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. If your furniture is being delivered by external carrier we will provide all relevant details to the company and they will contact you direct to arrange a suitable delivery time. We estimate delivery to be within 2 weeks once the furniture has arrived in our warehouse. We estimate within a 2 week delivery time for any rugs, wallpaper and fabric from order (as long as the product is in stock at the manufacturer). For accessories, if it is not a stock item the order and delivery process is the same as ordering a piece of furniture.

What if my furniture arrives and it is too big?
It is your own responsibility to check all sizes of furniture and provide relevant delivery information at the time of ordering. You must ensure your new furniture is able to fit through doors or any other obstacles that may be of issue when your order is being delivered. Belgica Furniture will not accept any responsibility for windows or doors being removed from a customer’s home. Should you find yourself in any of the above situations where there is no suitable access to deliver your furniture, there may be further charges incurred if the delivery drivers have to take the furniture away or reschedule for another delivery.

What if my furniture arrives and it is damaged?
